Business Development Manager - Europe

Research and Identify New Business Opportunities:

• Use LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools to identify new leads.

Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
• Engage with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
• Build relationships with potential clients and partners to drive sales opportunities.

CRM Management:

• Import new leads and manage existing contacts in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Organize contacts by industry, region, and lead status, and assign relevant properties.

Sales Pipeline Management:

• Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion to meetings or opportunities.
• Report on performance metrics, activity levels, and sales pipeline, providing insight into lead generation effectiveness.

Internal Collaboration & Strategy Development:

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss lead generation results, refine strategies, and align on company goals.
• Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs to help shape Festibax’s business development approach.

Ongoing Training & Professional Development:

• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools or platforms to optimize outreach efforts.
• Attend internal training sessions to enhance your skills and grow within the business development role.

• Proactive and Self-Driven: Comfortable working independently while meeting KPIs and targets.
• Organized: Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident in professional correspondence and outreach.
• Fluent in English: Additional languages are a plus.
• Personal Traits: Strong problem-solving capability, highly motivated, and driven.
• Experience Level: Beginner to mid-level. While prior experience in business development or sales is preferred, candidates eager to learn and grow are welcome.
