At Festibax, we create innovative, custom-branded bags for festivals, concerts, and events. We are seeking a hands-on, proactive, and highly motivated Sales Operations Lead to join our team and help drive our sales processes forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Scraping & Enrichment: Use data scraping tools to gather and enrich sales and prospect data from various sources to help identify new opportunities.
- HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain and optimise the Festibax HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Workflow Automation: Create and optimise automated workflows in HubSpot to improve lead management, nurturing, and deal progression.
- Sales Reporting & Analytics: Develop sales reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.
- Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with the sales team to enhance processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
- Data Quality Assurance: Regularly conduct data audits and quality checks to ensure clean and actionable data in the CRM.
- Sales Team Support: Supporting the sales team with HubSpot queries, training, and troubleshooting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align on workflows and maximise data effectiveness across departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a similar role.
- High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- Experience with data scraping and enrichment tools.
- Proficiency in workflow automation and CRM optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A hands-on, proactive, and highly motivated attitude.
BONUS SKILLS
- A love for festivals and the events industry. Familiarity with APIs, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Experience with additional CRM or data enrichment platforms.
